Chair of Governors - Arwen Gilbert


Arwen has twin boys at St Anne’s - Aidan and Ben.

Arwen  is a secondary school Music Teacher by profession, and works at St  Ivo.  She was Head of Department before having her children but now  teaches part time, leaving her space in the week to be involved in  various voluntary activities. 

She is a keen musician and directs  the Duxford Saturday Music Workshop, is a member of the St Ives Chamber  Orchestra and also accompanies soloists professionally.

Deputy Chair - Sarah Duncason-Hunter

 Sarah is a parent of Nathan in Year 1, works as a Special Needs co-ordinator at a Primary school in Cambridge. 

Chair of Admissions, and Finance and Personnel Committees - Chris Roberts

Chris has two children at St Anne's, Zoë in Year 6 and Jenny in Year 4,  and his wife Alison is a Co-Chair of the PSFA.  Chris is Head of Industrial Robotics at Cambridge Consultants; he enjoys working with innovative technology, as well as talking about it to anyone who'll  listen, and fixing it when it goes wrong.  He is particularly interested  in bringing his love of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths  (STEM) to his role as a governor.
