Communication Information
At St.Anne’s we believe that a school is a partnership of four important bodies of people. There are the staff, the pupils, the governors and the parents/carers and we would want everyone within those groups to be as fully engaged in the running of the school as is possible. To that end it is important that there are open and honest lines of communication. To assist in that aim, here are some indicators of whom it is best to contact in the differing scenarios that might arise.
For general enquiries about the school, passing on information on absences, sending in a message for your child(ren) please telephone 01480 375300 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. You may also request information on the PSFA (Parents, Staff and Friends of St Annes) and OSC (Out of School Club) and send general comments, queries and suggestions to the school office.
For enquiries about your child’s curriculum, homework, class trips, please contact your child(ren)’s class teacher via ClassDoJo. Class teachers are also available at drop off time and at the end of the school day for a short message to be passed onto them. You can also contact the Class Teacher by making a request through the school office.
Whilst the staff and governors make every effort to ensure the school is meeting the needs of all pupils, they appreciate that there may be a time when you wish to raise a complaint. The details of how this may be done are explained in the school’s Complaints Policy which may be found by clicking here..
Please follow the guidance and procedures outlined in the policy as failure to do so will possibly result in delays to a reply being made.
